SporeAttic

SporeAttic is a Bozeman-based commercial gourmet mushroom farm specializing in 100% organic, specialty fungi. Founded by Ben Deuling in 2020 and partnered with Three Hearts Farm, the operation produces hundreds of pounds of fresh mushrooms weekly for local restaurants, grocery stores, and farmers’ markets.
Mushroom Varieties & Products
SporeAttic cultivates diverse gourmet strains that vary in color from vibrant yellows and ocean blues to autumn oranges.
Fresh Varieties: Specialty mushrooms include Lion’s Mane, King Trumpets, Chestnuts, Black Pearls, and seven different types of Oyster mushrooms.
Value-Added Products: To ensure a zero-waste system, cosmetically imperfect mushrooms are processed into dehydrated mushrooms, powders, spice blends, and Lion’s Mane Cocoa.
Grow Kits: The farm sells home-grow kits, allowing enthusiasts to cultivate gourmet mushrooms in their own kitchens.
